We know the wait is the hardest part. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Comfease order to your door.


How long will it take?

Order processing 1–2 business days
Standard delivery 4–6 business days
Remote areas 7–10 business days
Total (most orders) 5–8 business days

Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day. Weekend orders are picked up on Monday.


Where do we ship?

We ship across India — all 28 states and 8 union territories. If your pin code is serviceable, you'll see delivery options at checkout. If your pin code isn't supported yet, write to us at comfeaseofficial@gmail.com and we'll try to work something out.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use that link to follow your package in real time.

No tracking update for more than 3 days after dispatch? Write to us at comfeaseofficial@gmail.com and we'll look into it immediately.


Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available on orders above ₹499. Select COD at checkout — no extra charges.


What if my order is delayed?

Delays can occasionally happen due to courier backlogs, weather, or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, reach out to us and we'll either locate the shipment or arrange a replacement/refund.


What if I got the wrong item or my package was damaged in transit?

That's on us — completely. Head over to our Refund Policy for the exact steps. We'll make it right within 24–48 hours of you raising a request.


Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

We can update your address if you catch it within 12 hours of placing the order — before it goes to dispatch. Email us immediately at comfeaseofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address.

After dispatch, address changes aren't possible.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes — within 24 hours of placing the order, before it's dispatched. Email us at comfeaseofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Once dispatched, cancellations aren't possible — but if there's a defect on arrival, our refund policy covers you.
