Our Promise to You

At Comfease, we put real care into every piece we make — 180–220 GSM bio-washed fabric, toxin-free inks, and quality stitching. If something ever goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right. No runaround, no hassle.


What we cover — fully, at no cost to you

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we take complete responsibility.

Just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange either a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer.


How to raise a request

It's simple. Email us at comfeaseofficial@gmail.com with:

  1. A photo or short video of the defect — full product in frame
  2. A photo of the UID barcode sticker on the product
  3. A photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible

That's it. Once verified, we'll get back to you within 24–48 hours with your resolution.


Size & colour exchanges

We currently don't offer exchanges for size or colour preferences — so please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Every product page has a detailed size chart with bust, length, and sleeve measurements in inches.
